Day 01: Bali - Arrival
On arrival at Ngurah Rai Airport of Denpasar, our guide will
meet you and transfer to Puri Santrian Hotel.
Day 02: Sanur – Kintamani - Candidasa
Breakfast at hotel. Our guide will pick you up at your hotel’s
lobby at 8.30 AM, for full day exploration of Bali Island to
enjoy the beautiful nature view, see local people and learn
their custom, culture and religion.
First visit is Batubulan village to attend a traditional Balinese
performance – the “Barong and Keris” dance.
After about 1 hour enjoy this traditional performance, then
see daily activities of Balinese in art and handicraft villages
such as; gold and silver work, hand weaving, woodcarving and
painting.
Continue to Goa Gajah (Elephant Cave), a Hindu meditation center
dating back to the 11th Century. Next on to view the magnificent
Panorama of the still active Mt. Batur volcano and Lake Batur.
Proceed to Semarapura to see the ancient Kertha Gosha Court
House. Taman Gili Kerta Gosa is a wide garden consisting of
several buildings. Until 1686 under King Dewa Agung administration,
Klungkung Palace was the biggest in Bali. Unfortunately the
massive building was almost totally destroyed by Dutch invasion
in 1908, except the gate and Taman Gili Kerta Gosa. There are
four buildings and a museum within this fortunate complex. On
the southern side visitors still can observe the remnant of
the palace gate, over 10 meter high. To the north of this garden
is a tall building called Bale Kul-kul, housing a big traditional
Balinese alarm wooden bell called Kul-Kul. To the east is a
building surrounded by a pool and water lilies, called Bale
Kambang, designed as a summer house for the royal family members.
The jurisdiction building is located on the north east side.
Semarapura Museum is right west of this complex.
Next to Goa Lawah (Bat Cave) temple, located inside a cave
occupied by bats, so as it gets its name, lawah, the nocturnal.
This is the shrine to worship the god of sea Bhatara Tengahing
Segara or Bhatara Baruna. This temple is a must observed temple
especially by those fulfilling Ngaben cremation ceremony, as
the ash of the cremated about to be drifted to the sea. Across
the temple is Kusamba, a used-to-be port village now turning
a into traditional salt making facility. Onto Candidasa and
check in at Puri Bagus Candidasa for your accommodation. (B,L)
Day 03: Candidasa – East of Bali Fulday Tour
Breakfast at Hotel. Our guide will pick you up at your hotel’s
lobby at 9.00 AM, for full day discovering East of Bali Island.
Drive up to Besakih Temple. This temple is the mother temple
of Bali, it is the biggest temple in Bali Island, located on
the slope of the island’s highest peak of Mt. Agung. The
temple was built by Maharesi Markandya in the eleventh century
in a quest for god blessing upon a devastating disease striking
the majority of Bali, including his faithful students. The word
Besakih comes from Basukihan means safety and prosperity. Thousands
of Balinese Hindus pay a pilgrimage to this temple thus thanking
for their prosperous lives.
Drive back to hotel through Sidemen village where you can enjoy
beautiful view of rice terraces. On the way stop at Tengganan
village to see the original, pre-Hindus Bali peoples. Return
to Puri Bagus Candidasa hotel. (B,L)
Day 04: Candidasa – Tirta Gangga – Amed
– Culik – Singaraja – Lovina.
Breakfast Hotel. Continue our Bali Round Trip, today we explore
East of Bali, then onto the North side of Bali. The tour start
at 8.00 AM drive to East to Tirta Gangga.
Tirta Gangga is a royal water-garden built by former King of
Karangasem – the Great Kingdom East of Bali, situated
in the middle of rice fields around the natural springs of Rejasa,
approximately 7 km. (5 miles) north of Amlapura, the main town
of east Bali.
Continue drive along the East coast passing Amed and Tulamben
then onto north coast of Bali; Tejakula, Kubutambahn and Singaraja
– the old town of Bali, with several stops according to
local happenings and enjoy beautiful view along then way and
Mt. Agung – the biggest volcano of Bali on back ground
view. Onto Lovina for overnight stay at Puri Bagus Lovina. (B,L)
Day 05: Lovina – Tour to airpanas Banjar onto
– Pemuteran
Breafast at hotel. Explore North of Bali, visit Banjar Hot spring
water or Air Panas Banjar, located at Banjar village about 10
– 15 minutes drive from Lovina. It has 2 pools. The first
pool is smaller but has hotter water. The hot water from fist
pool go down to second pool which bigger, really swimming pool
size.
After enjoying hot spring water, continue to Pemuteran with
stop at Pulaki temple, one of the Balinese Hindu main temple.
Accommodation at Taman Sari Hotel – Pemuteran. Afternoon

Day 06: Pemuteran – Free
Breakfast at hotel. Day free at leisure. Accommodation at Taman

Day 07: Pemuteran – Blimbing Sari
After having breakfast visiting West Bali National Park to see
Bali Starling Bird (leucopsar rothschildi) a small white bird
with brilliant blue streaks around its eyes and black tipped
wings and other animals gracing the land are deer, civets, monkeys
and Java Buffalo. Drive to Pupuan - an untouched village as
Bali was 20 years ago where you can watch farmers working on
their rice-fields using traditional system for hundreds of years.

Day 08: Blimbing – Ubud
Breakfast at hotel. Continue our Bali Trip, drive to Ubud with
visiting a Balinese village and get involve with local people
there, will definitely enrich your traveling experiences! And
enjoy spectacular rice terrace view of Jatiluwih village –
the rice belt of Bali Island, then onto Ubud.
The tour starts at 8.00 AM, our guide will meet you at the
hotel lobby and drive to our village for about 1.5 hour drive.
Upon arrival warmth welcome by Balinese villagers then on to
local elementary school (subject to school holidays), and get
the feeling interaction with the kids.
Then visiting a unique Balinese houses and get involve with
them on their daily life to get a closely feeling. Continue
to walk along with local farmers in toward the rice field. Further
more, involve with them in traditionally rice cultivating process
up to planting rice is amazing experience. While enjoying passing
on the rice field line, chance meeting other local farmers,
then hold a short chat with them.
After being a farmer for over then four hours, a traditional
set menu lunch will be served in a Balinese house compound with
their family member. Do taste it.
After lunch continue drip up to Jatiluwih to enjoy its spectacular
rice terraces as well-known rice belt of Bali. Proceed to Ubud
and check in at Komaneka Resort - Ubud for your accommodation.
